Steps:

Problem: Users cannot log into the Opera PMS system.

Steps:

  1. Double-check your username and password: Ensure there are no typos and check for Caps Lock or Num Lock being enabled on your keyboard.
  2. Recover your password: If you’ve forgotten your password, contact your manager or system administrator to reset it.
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies:
    • In Google Chrome, go to the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, click Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
    • Check the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cached images and files," then click Clear Data.
  4. Ensure the system is online:
    • Open your browser and try accessing a different website. If other websites don’t load, check your internet connection.
  5. Contact support: If the above steps fail, write down any error messages you see and report them to your IT department or Opera PMS support.
