Problem: Cannot connect to the internet or have intermittent connection drops.
Steps to Resolve:
- Restart devices: Turn off and restart your router/modem and computer.
- Check physical connections: Ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected or the Wi-Fi signal is strong.
- Run a troubleshooter: On Windows, use the built-in troubleshooter by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network Troubleshooter.
