Troubleshooting Outlook Crashes and Freezes

Problem: Outlook crashes frequently or becomes unresponsive.
Steps to Resolve:

Open in safe mode: Press Windows + R, type
outlook.exe /safe, and press Enter. If it works, disable add-ins via File > Options > Add-ins. - Repair Outlook data file: Go to File > Account Settings > Data Files, select your account, and click "Open File Location." Run the SCANPST tool to repair the file.
- Disable hardware acceleration: Navigate to File > Options > Advanced, and uncheck "Disable hardware graphics acceleration."
- Update drivers: Ensure your graphics and system drivers are updated.
- Reinstall Outlook: Uninstall and reinstall Office 365 to resolve persistent issues.
