For Windows 10/11: For macOS:

Steps:

For Windows 10/11:

Restart Wi-Fi Adapter:

  • Open Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
  • Click Change adapter options, right-click your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Disable. Re-enable after a few seconds.

Update Driver Software:

  • Open Device Manager from the Start menu.
  • Expand Network adapters, right-click your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Update driver.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset.
  • Restart your computer after the reset.

For macOS:

Restart Wi-Fi Adapter:

  • Turn Wi-Fi off from the menu bar, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.

Renew DHCP Lease:

  • Go to System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi > Advanced.
  • Select your network and click Renew DHCP Lease.

Reset Network Configuration:

  • Delete Wi-Fi from System Preferences > Network, then re-add it by clicking the + button.
