Steps:

Verify the room’s availability:
- Open Opera PMS and navigate to the Room Availability section.
- Search for the specific room or dates to ensure the room is not already occupied or blocked.

Check the guest’s reservation details:
- Go to the Reservation Screen and confirm the stay dates, room type, and other details match the availability.

Refresh the session:
- Log out of Opera PMS, close the browser or application, and log back in. This refreshes the system.

Manually override (if permitted):
- Use the "Force Assign" or similar option if you have permission and are sure the room is unoccupied.
- Seek help: If you’re unsure why the error persists, contact your system administrator or Opera PMS support for advanced troubleshooting.
