Resolving Search Issues in Outlook

Problem: Outlook search doesn't show results or is incomplete.
Steps to Resolve:
- Rebuild the search index: Go to File > Options > Search > Indexing Options, select Outlook, and click "Rebuild."
- Check indexing status: In Outlook, go to Search Tools > Indexing Status to confirm indexing progress.
- Update Office: Open any Office application, go to File > Account > Update Options, and click "Update Now."
- Repair Office: Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Office, and click "Change > Quick Repair."
- Ensure system updates: Check for Windows updates by navigating to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
